Maybe I can share with you some of my experiences. This is the first time that I have purchased online. I was actually very worried as to whether my order will come, and the quality of the clothes that I have ordered.
There are several forums on the internet basically slamming. I have also read alot of the testimonials that you have on the website. I am sure you can imagine, I was very confused and decided that I will go ahead anyway to place my orders with you.
I must say, all my concerns are unfounded. Firstly, you have given me a lot of assurances when you replied all my emails, concerns promptly. Secondly, the service level from you is unprecendented and beats anything that I have experienced before, you are prompt, responsive and very helpful and accommodating and have delivered as promised, which is the most important thing for me. Lastly, the quality of your clothes are really impressive, and I am really very happy with them. I will definitely re-order again from you.
